WASHINGTON, DC (Matt's work convention)

My bother Tyson was able to come with us. He babysat while Matt and I went out to dinner; and i was able to hang out with him while Matt was in his meetings. Without Tyson the trip would not have been as enjoyable.

Leaving the Hotel

THE CAPITAL
the space and air museum
On our "private" tour of the Capital they took us down into the underground tunnels that connect the government buildings. Did you know the Senators have their very own subway down there? We actually got to ride on it. THANKS PETER FOR SETTING THIS UP FOR US! This was  one of my favorite things we did.

how fun!! And i LOVE your sweater in the pic of you guys infront of the capital. That's awesome that Tyson babysat too. How far along are you anyway??? I seriously have no idea because you don't look very big, but you were pregnant way back when we hung out in Lincoln that one time...so you've got to be pretty far, right?

You did it! I am so impressed and inspired that I could bring Clara with us next year. Way to go! Glad Tyson could help out. Jamie I wish I could see you and whisper hi to my newest niece/nephew. Hope you guys are great. Love you!

What a fun trip! I LOVE D.C., especially since History was my minor in college. You guys all look so great. How are you feeling? You only have about two months left, right?

For those who are wondering I am about 30 weeks along.

Emy- It only worked out because Tyson was there. So if you do not have a babysitter I would NOT recommend bringing your child to a convention. Unless you do not plan on going to any of the luncheon/dinners. Tyson was a life savior!!!!! On a better note... We wish we could see you guys too! Hope you had a great time with your friend. We really missed you in DC.
